This is a technical exclusion candidate, not rights clearance or publication approval. TeleGeography cable data and Bhote Koshi event imagery/geography are not supplied. The corresponding controls show LICENSE REQUIRED and cannot activate. The Nepal evidence scene has no licensed shots.

• Reown Community License Agreement for the optional wallet SDK (not MIT).
• CesiumJS package license and included third-party notices; individual media provenance still requires verification.
• Local ODbL-derived dams and datacenters and the nine third-party GLB models are excluded from this candidate pending rights review.

Cesium and other bundled media notices, provider terms, runtime network behavior, browser parity, old caches and owner rights approval remain unresolved. Do not distribute without separate review and approval.
